If you're like the majority of people, you've probably made some New Year's resolutions that you would like to keep. But, let's be honest, most of us will abandon our plans to go to the gym every day or finally begin that diet by February.

But there is one resolution that is simple to keep and beneficial to your health: take better care of your skin. Taking care of your skin is critical for your overall health and well-being, and it's something we should all be doing.

Keeping hydrated is essential for healthy, glowing skin. Water is necessary for healthy skin. It aids in the removal of toxins and the hydration of skin cells. Our skin can become dull, dry, and lifeless if we do not drink enough water. 

So make a resolution to drink more water this year, and your skin will appreciate you. Drinking 8 glasses of water per day will make a significant difference in the appearance of your skin.

6. Regular exfoliation is recommended

9. Establish a regular cleansing routine


A great cleanser is one of the most important products in any good skincare routine! You need a cleanser that can remove grime, makeup, SPF, pollution, and sweat, whether you use it in the morning or evening. 

In the mornings, It is also pretty much good to enjoy a herbal-based face wash to wake you up.

Using a face wash followed by micellar water or oil is an excellent way to thoroughly cleanse your skin without stripping it of its natural oils. 

You can either use the same cleanser twice or alternate between an oil cleanser and a foaming or cream cleanser.

10. Control your stress levels


Stress, anxiety, and depression are bad for your overall health, but it also has an effect on your skin, causing dullness and breakouts.
